Wristband Carnivals

Looking for an easy way to have a carnival?  Fun Services now offers a one price wristband carnival.  Here’s how it works:

Fun Services provides the wristbands for you to sell.  Presales are encouraged.  The organization’s cost is $7.00 per wristband sold, with a 200 minimum purchase.  The suggested sell price for each wristband is $10.00.  Here’s what you get:

8-15 Midway Games (based on enrollment) with an 8’ red/white stripe booth front with unlimited play during the carnival.  There is a 2½ hour maximum time for the event.  If you need more time, the minimum number of wristbands sold by is increased by 50 for each additional ½ hour.

One Inflatable jump staffed by Fun Services.  The kids get unlimited turns jumping during the carnival.  Want an extra jump?  They are available for an additional 100 wristbands added to the minimum.  This includes Slides, Obstacle Courses, etc.

Prizes are included.  The popular Total Redemption program is available.

Need a concession?  Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Snow-Cones are available at a cost of an additional 50¢ per wristband, per concession.  This includes the machine rental and the cost of the supplies.  By the way, the servings are unlimited too!

At the end of the carnival, the organization and the Fun Services representative calculates how many wristbands were sold, add the regular delivery charge to figure out the amount owed to Fun Services.

Here are the advantages to the organization:

No ticket sales.  One price point for the parents.  No more having the kids come up during the event asking for more money for more tickets!

Unlimited Play.  The kids get to play the games and jump as much as they want during the event.  They are not restricted by how many tickets they have.

No Inventory.  At the end of the carnival, your volunteers and the Fun Services Representative pack up the prizes, games, booths and inflatable into the truck, the organization pays the invoice and we’re heading home.

No Game/Booth rental fees.  With the Wristband Carnival, organizations do not pay the $25.00 per game/booth rental fee.

Rental items such Dunk Tanks, Electronic Basketball, etc. is available at the regular rental rates.

The organization provides volunteers to assist with set-up and takedown, the game, concessions and the prize Redemption Center operations.  This is the same as our traditional carnival program.

Second Program Discount.  Organizations that sign up for and completes a second program with us during the same school year, receive a special price of $6.00 per wristband.  The programs that qualify are a Traditional Santa’s Secret Shop®/Holiday Gift Shop® and/or all school fundraiser.
