Q: How does the program work?
A: We provide your school with a gift selection of about 100 items. ALL ON CONSIGNMENT! Your volunteers set up a "gift-store" area in the school. Students come to the store and purchase gifts for family and friends in a safe and comfortable environment. All gifts are "kid priced" and we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. AND...YOU SET YOUR OWN PROFIT!!! Traditional or No Inventory programs are available!

Q: What is a Traditional Program?
A: With the Traditional program you will know what you owe by counting your leftover merchandise when your shop is over, and then calculating your inventory sheets. You have all of the flexibility to price your items at ANY amount above the school cost that you choose.

Q: What is a No Inventory Program?
A: You pre-select a percentage of profit that you would like to make on the program. We provide pre-printed price stickers. You DO NOT need to count individual items. You will know what you owe by daily counting of all money taken in, totaling each days totals, and subtracting your agreed upon profit percentage.

Q: How long does it take to hold a Santa's Secret Shop?
A: The Santa's Secret Shop/Holiday Gift Shop can be held for 1 to 5 days during the week, depending on enrollment.

Q: What type of items will we receive?
A: You will receive a wide variety of quality items. Items include jewelry, tools, mugs, frames, candles, personalized items for mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle, brother, sister, teacher, and a variety of licensed gift items including local sports teams.

Q: What amount of profit do we make?
A: It's up to you! With the Traditional Program you have the flexibility to mark-up any amount or percentage above the school cost you choose. So, it may vary based on what your selling prices are. With the No Inventory Program you pre-select a profit percentage. For example: 20%, 15%, or 10%.

Q: Do we have to pay anything in advance?
A: NO - The only thing you ever pay for are the items you actually sell. All merchandise is provided on consignment and you return all unsold gifts. All promotional materials are also provided at no cost. You don't pay until your sale is over.

Q: How much do the items cost?
A: The "school cost" of the items range between $0.10 and $10.00, with over 80% of the items $5.00 and under.

Q: What if we run out of an item?
A: We offer next day express reorders. Just call us in the afternoon and we will deliver additional merchandise the next morning. Same day reorders are also available, if we have a driver available or if you have someone that is willing to pick-up the reorder at our warehouse. If you are not in our delivery area we will UPS your re-order.

Q: What additional charges or fees are there on the programs?
A: ABSOLUTELY NONE!!! Delivery and Shipping is FREE....... Promotional Materials are FREE...... Gift Bags are FREE....NO Re-Stocking fees!..... NO Re-Order fees!
